The Oracle of Self-Knowledge (The Inner Calendar)
The Tzolkin - the count of the days - is the name given to one of the at least twenty Mayan calendars found to date, according to which the Mayan day watchers predicted earthly events based on the dates of the sacred cycle. This would then be an oracle calendar. The calendar is governed by 13 lunar tones and 20 solar seals that in combination create a 260- day calendar. The numbers 13 and 20 are especially of interest to the Mayans. The number 20 is the base of your number system and 13 are the levels of heaven and also the number of joints in the human body: ankles, knees, hips, wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck. The 20 kin seals are generated as a result of the four cosmic root races: Red, Yellow, Blue and White. And they are associated with a specific direction with which their meaning expands. East, North, West and South. All the stamps together describe a process of development, the path of life itself. Each person, depending on their date of birth, would correspond to a lunar tone -individual purpose-, up to five Mayan Kin -destination, analogue, guide, antipode and hidden- as an oracle, and an enchanted wave composed of thirteen kin -alluding to the thirteen lunar tones placed in the form of squares-.
1- Magnetic Tone: The tone of purpose; start of an idea and search for it. Attract, unify: reduce many to one thing. Reflection: What is my purpose, my goal? What do I need to attract for it? 2- Lunar Tone: The tone of the balance of polarity, the challenge. Polarise the challenge. Stabilise and identify obstacles. Reflection: What is my challenge, what are the obstacles? 3- Electric Tone: The tone of the service, and the union; association of different things so that they form a whole. It is also related to rhythm and the triangle. Reflection: How can I activate the service and reach the goal? 4- Self-Existing Tone: The tone of cooperation as service. It also defines the shape and determines it. It is the base of the pyramid. Reflection: What form should I give to the action? 5- Overtone Tone: The tone of nutrition and food. It confers power to gather all the resources, it is the centre, the five-pointed star. The purpose is to be in the centre. Reflection: How do I activate the power to gather resources? 6- Rhythmic Tone: The tone of the organisation necessary for something to work, it is the 6-pointed star. Reflection: How can I arrange the different parts to balance? 7- Resonant Tone: The tone that channels the intonation. It commands harmonisation and the search for efficiency, it is the mystical power, the 7-pointed star symbol of the teacher. Reflection: How can I harmonise my service with others? 8- Galactic Tone: The tone that tunes integrity. Model, command integrity, and action takes shape. Reflection: Do I live what I believe? 9- Solar Tone: The tone of intention, the action set in motion. It is time to complete the growth. Reflection: How can I perfect what I do? 11- Spectral Tone: The tone that dissolves liberation, discloses, breaks structures, liberates, dissolves, expresses service. Action is expressed in service. Dissonances arise. Reflection: How can I free myself to express myself better? How do I disclose? 12- Crystal Tone: The tone that equality activates cooperation, unites people. It’s the stability Tone 2 needs. Reflection: How can I dedicate my being to cooperation? 13- Cosmic Tone: The tone in which the action achieves presence. The new cycle is established. Magical flight and magnetic return. Transcend. Reflection: How can I expand my being?
The individual oracle would be composed of five Mayan kin in the form of a cross. The central seal would be the kin of destiny, representing our pure essence, the energy that must be awakened, what we truly are. Above this seal we find the guide kin, which indicates the path of learning. To the right of the central kin we find the analogue kin, symbolising the energy that complements us in any situation that may arise. To the left of the destiny or central kin we find the antipode kin, which indicates the obstacles or opposing energy of our central kin, allowing us, in turn, to integrate our destiny kin. And finally, below the destiny kin we find the occult kin, which represents a quality of great inner potential that can only be developed by looking within oneself. In addition to the oracle with the Mayan kin, we obtain the enchanted wave. The 13 lunar tones represent an enchanted wave of 13 kin. These would be the thirteen days following your birth. They are called lunar tones because the nature of fourth-dimensional reality is purely vibration and resonance. With wave it refers to the power of movement, while enchanted refers to the power one acquires by being in harmony with reality. Thus, as happens with tarot, to know and walk through an enchanted wave is to demonstrate individual power intensified by harmonic identification with the time of the fourth dimension. Traversing this Enchanted Wave has to do with learning to use our Physical and energetic Body, then developing our emotional Body, and finally mastering our mental Body. This occurs before being able to recognise and become one with our divine part -the user-.
